While the quantity of transactions I have closed in my career automaticaly gives me a competitive advantage over the next agent in line, I believe that it's not how many deals I've closed that makes me the right choice for you, but rather what I have learned from those deals.
After all selling real estate is one of the easiest things to do, but knowing how to finesse a deal, knowing how to negotiate, knowing how to protect your client, and ultimately knowing how to make sure your client wins, is something that cannot be done be just anyone.
